Corporate retreats

The design problem is what to leave out.

A retreat fails when an offsite agenda is crammed into resort-shaped hours. Wall-to-wall sessions defeat the format — people leave more depleted than they arrived. The design problem isn't what to schedule. It's where to let silence, walks and unstructured meals do the work.

We build retreats around a small number of high-quality work sessions and a much larger amount of well-designed downtime. If you finish with three real decisions and a leadership team that wants to be in a room together again, the retreat worked.

How we work

Briefing covers the work agenda and the unwritten one — relationships, tensions, transitions. Programme balances facilitated sessions, free time, shared meals and restorative experiences (sea, hiking, bodywork). Discreet venues. Smaller group sizes. Longer durations than incentives. Facilitators on the run sheet only when the brief calls for them.
