Incentive programmes
A reward that earns its keep.
An incentive isn't a holiday with a logo stuck on it. It works when guests come back with a specific story they'd actually tell their team. Get that right and the trip pays for itself in retention long after everyone's home.
The common trap is over-decoration. Fireworks, heavy branding, scripted “wow moments” — easy to spend money on, easy for guests to see through. We trade those for things that can only happen here: a dinner cooked by the person who grows the food, a sunrise sail in a four-boat flotilla instead of one chartered yacht, a workshop opened after hours by the maker.
How we work
One project manager from first call to the last transfer. Briefing first — what is this trip meant to do? Programme built backwards from that answer. Plastic-free events as standard, sustainable drinking water on every programme. Sustainability isn't a section in the proposal — it's how we choose suppliers.
Where this happens
-
Balearic Islands
Mallorca
The biggest infrastructure of the four. Daily direct flights from every major European city, the broadest activity catalogue, scale for groups over a thousand.
-
Balearic Islands
Menorca
UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. Smaller groups, slower pace, far fewer crowds — the right island when the brief is “quiet enough to actually talk.”
-
Balearic Islands
Ibiza
Sea, music, design. Different guest energy. Strong for incentives that want a creative-industry feel without the cliché.
-
Malta
Stone, sea, 7,000 years of layered culture in walking distance. English as a working language for the local crew.
-
Balearic Islands
Formentera
Day-trip island from Ibiza. Best used as the one perfect day inside a longer programme, not as a base.
Frequently asked questions
How does an incentive programme with LXP work?
One briefing call, then one written proposal in 48 hours. Itinerary, accommodation options with photos, and a fully costed breakdown with no placeholder line items. From greenlight to event day, the same project manager runs all supplier coordination.
What group sizes do you handle?
Ten to five hundred. The programme design changes with the size. The operational approach doesn't.
Can incentives include team building?
Yes — most do. The trick is balance. A pure incentive that includes a full team-building day is a different programme from an incentive with two morning hours of guided activity. Tell us which one matters more.
Which destination should we choose?
Depends on what the group needs. Mallorca for scale and infrastructure. Menorca for quiet. Ibiza for energy. Formentera for VIP groups under 150. Malta for layered history rather than Mediterranean. Send us the brief; we'll come back with one recommendation, not five.
How sustainable are your programmes?
Travelife-certified, 1% for the Mediterranean, Cleanwave, CO₂-neutral. Plastic-free F&B as standard, locally farmed produce, sustainable water on every programme. On request we'll skew the activity selection toward ecological or social-responsibility formats.
