Small. English-speaking. UNESCO heritage by the square mile.
Malta is 316 km² of island with three UNESCO World Heritage sites, the world's oldest free-standing stone architecture, and English as an official language. For British, Irish, American and Northern European groups, the comfort is that every supplier speaks English — from the hotel manager to the boat captain.
- 2025 inaugural Malta season
- 316 km² island area (Malta + Gozo + Comino)
- 3 UNESCO World Heritage sites
- EN official language
Five disciplines for your Malta programme.
-
Incentive trips
Multi-day programmes with Mediterranean climate in November and March — when other destinations are already too cold.
-
Conferences & meetings
Plenaries in Valletta palazzi, breakouts in Ġgantija-adjacent venues, evenings on Grand Harbour.
-
Team building
Sailing in Grand Harbour, cave snorkelling off Comino, fortress treasure hunts in Mdina.
-
Coaching
Qualified coaches and trainers, full organisation for your coaching or training on Malta.
-
Services
Every service from one source — one point of contact for your programme on Malta.
Why Malta
New in Malta. Backed by 20 years of Mediterranean discipline.
-
01
Security
English is an official language — every supplier fluent, from hotel manager to boat captain.
Malta has English and Maltese as equal official languages — legacy of 1814 to 1964. Hotel managers, caterers, boat captains, police and A&E work in English contracts and English crisis communication. For British, American, Irish and Northern European groups, the operational comfort zone that costs extra in Spain, Italy or Greece.
-
02
Sustainability
Three UNESCO World Heritage sites in 316 km² — the densest heritage in the Mediterranean.
Valletta (the entire capital, listed in 1980), the Ħal Saflieni Hypogeum (2,500 BC, Europe's only prehistoric underground temple), and the Megalithic Temples (Ġgantija, Tarxien, Ħaġar Qim — older than Stonehenge and the pyramids). Heritage-themed programmes find their depot here, not their search.
-
03
Speed
200 km south of Mallorca — March and November work as programme months.
Malta sits at 35° N — further south than Tunis. Average March temperature: 16 °C, November: 19 °C. What's a risk in the Balearics (wind, rain, cold) is a reliable programme month here. For Q1 and Q4 conferences a concrete advantage you can price in — and an entire quarter that opens up on the calendar.
-
04
Reach
30 min airport → Valletta, 25 min ferry to Gozo — a compact 316 km² archipelago.
Malta International sits 8 km from Valletta, 12 km from St Julian's, 25 km from the Cirkewwa ferry port for Gozo. A day with Hypogeum in the morning, lunch in Mdina, boat trip off Comino in the afternoon and gala dinner in Valletta's Grand Harbour at night is standard geography, not a rush programme.
-
05
Craft
16th-century palazzos, Order residences, Valletta's fortifications — heritage venues, operational.
A Knights' Auberge for a plenary, the Palazzo Parisio in Naxxar for a gala dinner, the Lower Barrakka Gardens over Grand Harbour for a sunset aperitif, Gozo's Citadel for a private concert night: 12 venues inspected on the ground, each with documented permitting and an indoor Plan B.

On the ground
In Malta since 2025 — Palma-led with a vetted local crew, 20 Mediterranean years as a method kit.
We're honest: 2025 is our first full season in Malta. What isn't new: 20 years of briefing discipline, contracts in English and Spanish, a three-tier Plan-B model, an on-site handover protocol. The method travels. The local crew is vetted and co-signed — no subcontractor chain.

Voices from Malta programmes
We needed one partner who could handle both our Malta offsite and our Mallorca incentive without managing two separate vendors. LifeXperiences delivered both under one relationship, same project lead, same communication style, same level of quality throughout.
What’s been key for us, and a major reason we continue working together, is their understanding of the expectations of a high-paced tech company like Chargebee. They adapt quickly to changing requirements, think in solutions, and provide full visibility across budgets, timelines, and operational planning.
Every detail across our Malta programme, including hotel management, logistics, activities, and full on-site coordination, has been handled with professionalism and strong attention to detail.

One of the best companies I’ve ever worked with! From the first contact, development and planning of the event to execution. Everything was perfectly handled. It was a real pleasure to work with Aida and I can not thank her enough for the amazing partnership and professionality during the whole time. I always felt in good hands and I was sure that the outcome will be perfect. Feedback of my attendees was phenomenal. Working with LifeXperiences SL was the best decision and I can warmly recommend the company. Special thanks again for the perfect organisation and work of Aida, she is amazing and the best! Thank you LifeXperiences SL!
We used LifeXperiences to plan our company offsite to Mallorca in September. The whole process from start to finish was super straight forward and Stephanie, Jago and the team couldn’t have been more helpful. It made the trip for us a lot simpler, as LifeXperiences did most of the organising and booking - including transfers, meals and activities, and their local knowledge meant they were able to give us lots of great options to suit our needs. We booked a meeting room with a delicious food package through them. The highlight of the trip was a catamaran trip with a BBQ onboard, and we finished on the last day with an iPad tour around Palma, followed by lunch. There was always someone to meet us at every location, including the airport, and communication was great throughout. We wouldn’t hesitate to use LifeXperiences again if we ever revisit Mallorca.
We recently partnered with LifeXperiences for a team-building event in Palma de Mallorca, and the experience was exceptional. Jago and Hilda, our organizers, were incredibly professional and ensured every detail was perfectly managed. The activities were engaging, fun, and thoughtfully designed to help the team discover the history and culture of Palma. What stood out most was that even team members who live in Mallorca were impressed and learned new things about their own city. This event not only strengthened team collaboration but also created lasting memories
