The largest Balearic island offers the widest infrastructure: congress centres, international hotels and private estates within minutes of each other — programmes for groups of 20 to 2,000 are all feasible. It also has the best flight connections of the Balearics, with direct services from almost every European city.

Menorca is the right choice for small groups, executive retreats and incentives looking for distance and exclusivity. As a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve (since 1993, World Heritage since 2023) the island offers unspoilt nature, private coves and estate venues that can be reserved exclusively for your group — quiet, undisturbed, far from mass tourism.
