Speed
Two seasons, not one — the calmer shoulder in May and October.
Ibiza has a high season everyone knows (June–August, sold out, expensive) and a shoulder that works far better for corporates. May and October at 23 to 27 °C, with calmer venues and private estates that aren't available in July. We plan you there by default — unless your brief calls otherwise.

Partnership
The best fincas aren't on any platform — we book them through the families.
Many of Ibiza's best fincas never rent to open-market enquiries. We book them through personal relationships with owner families in Santa Gertrudis, San Joan, Santa Eulalia — houses you won't find on any platform because their owners would never list them on one.

Security
We separate Ibiza-myth from Ibiza-reality — and openly say no when it matters.
Pacha, Ushuaïa, Hï — we can secure them if you want, and we'll openly recommend against them when they don't fit your group. Most of our Ibiza programmes don't happen in clubs but in olive groves, on sailing yachts and in backstreet restaurants of Dalt Vila no guest forgets.

Phoenician stone walls at Sa Caleta for a private aperitif, a cliff-edge villa above Cala Tarida for a gala dinner, an olive grove inland for team building, the medieval courtyards of Dalt Vila for a launch. Because we know the venues ourselves, we propose ones that fit — not the one everybody books.

Twenty years on the island, a dedicated Ibiza office alongside the Palma one, a crew who lives here, sends their kids to school here, and buys their bread from the same baker in Santa Gertrudis. You aren't planning Ibiza from a big-city office — you're planning it with people whose daily commute is the Carrer Bartomeu Roselló.

We used LifeXperiences to plan our company offsite to Mallorca in September. The whole process from start to finish was super straight forward and Stephanie, Jago and the team couldn’t have been more helpful. It made the trip for us a lot simpler, as LifeXperiences did most of the organising and booking - including transfers, meals and activities, and their local knowledge meant they were able to give us lots of great options to suit our needs. We booked a meeting room with a delicious food package through them. The highlight of the trip was a catamaran trip with a BBQ onboard, and we finished on the last day with an iPad tour around Palma, followed by lunch. There was always someone to meet us at every location, including the airport, and communication was great throughout. We wouldn’t hesitate to use LifeXperiences again if we ever revisit Mallorca.
