Conferences & meetings
The room does part of the work.
Bad rooms produce bad meetings. Fluorescent ballrooms and patterned carpet drain people before the first session starts. The single biggest decision in conference design — bigger than the agenda, bigger than the speaker list — is the room. Pick one that does part of the cognitive lifting for you.
We build programmes around venues that take participants out of the office completely: a finca courtyard under olive trees, a stretch tent on a private estate, a centuries-old palacio, a beach club at the end of a peninsula. The infrastructure — AV, simultaneous interpretation, staging, breakout rooms — is non-negotiable and we bring it in. The setting is what makes the work different.
How we work
Full service: venue scouting, accommodation, AV, simultaneous interpreters, speaker network, on-island logistics. One project manager who knows every line of the run sheet. Plastic-free catering, sourced locally. Licensed PCO — Professional Congress Organizer — for groups that need it on the contract.

Frequently asked questions
What size of conference can you handle?
Ten to a thousand. Below that we work as a small offsite. Above that, we'll tell you whether the destination is the right answer for the brief or whether a continental venue would serve you better.
Can you handle simultaneous translation, AV and staging?
Yes — all in-house. Same crew runs every event. We don't subcontract production for the headline moment and pull it back in for the breakouts.
Where do you typically run conferences?
Outside hotel ballrooms whenever the brief allows. Finca courtyards, stretch tents on private estates, beach clubs at the end of a peninsula, centuries-old palacios. Hotel infrastructure is the fallback, not the default.
What lead time do you need?
Twelve weeks is comfortable for a hundred-person conference with full production. Six weeks works if the venue is already on our shortlist. Below four, the calendar limits the venues, not the willingness.
Do you handle accommodation for delegates?
Yes — full block management. We hold the contracts, manage rooming lists, and handle the late-arrival edge cases. Hotel selection is matched to the venue, not the other way around.
