We used LifeXperiences to plan our company offsite to Mallorca in September. The whole process from start to finish was super straight forward and Stephanie, Jago and the team couldn’t have been more helpful. It made the trip for us a lot simpler, as LifeXperiences did most of the organising and booking - including transfers, meals and activities, and their local knowledge meant they were able to give us lots of great options to suit our needs. We booked a meeting room with a delicious food package through them. The highlight of the trip was a catamaran trip with a BBQ onboard, and we finished on the last day with an iPad tour around Palma, followed by lunch. There was always someone to meet us at every location, including the airport, and communication was great throughout. We wouldn’t hesitate to use LifeXperiences again if we ever revisit Mallorca.

What are LifeXperiences’ cancellation terms for group or corporate bookings?
Payments are non‑refundable according to the payment schedule stated in the proposal: 30% upon event confirmation, 50% up to 3 months prior to the event, and 100% up to 4 weeks prior. Please confirm the final participant count one month in advance. By making payment, you accept our Terms & Conditions.
