Small. Protected. Deliberately under-developed.
In 1993 Menorca chose UNESCO Biosphere status — and with it the height limits, building restrictions, and protected zones that developers elsewhere wouldn't accept. The result: 696 km² that doesn't look like 2026, it looks like 1986. That's the point.

01
Sustainability
UNESCO Biosphere since 1993 — protection that protects your programme too.
Menorca chose UNESCO Biosphere status in 1993, and added World Heritage in 2023 — accepting height limits, building restrictions and protected zones developers elsewhere would refuse. Result: no high-rises in shot, no construction next to the finca, no helicopter noise over dinner. The island looks the same next summer as it does this one.
-
02
Partnership
100,000 inhabitants — personal suppliers, not brand names.
On an island of 100,000, contact density distributes differently. Our caterers, boat captains, musicians and venue managers are people with phone numbers we've been dialling for 19 years. When something goes wrong, someone shows up in person — the same morning.
-
03
Speed
A May–September season with room — exactly when Mallorca and Ibiza sell out.
May, June and September on Menorca: same Mediterranean climate as the neighbouring islands, half the competing briefs. Hotels have room to negotiate on price, venues on exclusivity. A date triple-booked on Mallorca is up for discussion on Menorca.
-
04
Reach
50-minute maximum transfer — 696 km² island, fully manageable.
Mahón in the east, Ciutadella in the west, fifty minutes between them. No island crossing that costs half a programme day, no switching to other transport modes. Hotels in the centre, venues either coast as needed — logistics without Mallorca's rush hour or Ibiza's summer crawl.
-
05
Craft
Talayotic sites, salt flats, old cheese dairies — backdrops no competitor has.
A welcome at a 3,000-year-old Talayotic site, a gala dinner inside a working cheese dairy, an aperitif in disused salt flats with flamingos in the background: Menorca's venue vocabulary has no entry in the standard DMC catalogue. We arrange the special permits because we know the owners personally.

On the ground
On Menorca since 2006 — run from Palma with island partners we've known for 19 years.
Menorca is our second home, not our first visit. Programme lead sits in the Palma office, delivery runs with the same caterers, hotel managers and boat captains as in 2006 — many now in the second generation. Continuity that can't be manufactured by collecting business cards.

One of the best companies I’ve ever worked with! From the first contact, development and planning of the event to execution. Everything was perfectly handled. It was a real pleasure to work with Aida and I can not thank her enough for the amazing partnership and professionality during the whole time. I always felt in good hands and I was sure that the outcome will be perfect. Feedback of my attendees was phenomenal. Working with LifeXperiences SL was the best decision and I can warmly recommend the company. Special thanks again for the perfect organisation and work of Aida, she is amazing and the best! Thank you LifeXperiences SL!
We used LifeXperiences to plan our company offsite to Mallorca in September. The whole process from start to finish was super straight forward and Stephanie, Jago and the team couldn’t have been more helpful. It made the trip for us a lot simpler, as LifeXperiences did most of the organising and booking - including transfers, meals and activities, and their local knowledge meant they were able to give us lots of great options to suit our needs. We booked a meeting room with a delicious food package through them. The highlight of the trip was a catamaran trip with a BBQ onboard, and we finished on the last day with an iPad tour around Palma, followed by lunch. There was always someone to meet us at every location, including the airport, and communication was great throughout. We wouldn’t hesitate to use LifeXperiences again if we ever revisit Mallorca.
We recently partnered with LifeXperiences for a team-building event in Palma de Mallorca, and the experience was exceptional. Jago and Hilda, our organizers, were incredibly professional and ensured every detail was perfectly managed. The activities were engaging, fun, and thoughtfully designed to help the team discover the history and culture of Palma. What stood out most was that even team members who live in Mallorca were impressed and learned new things about their own city. This event not only strengthened team collaboration but also created lasting memories
