What we do
Two seas, five islands, one project manager.
We're a destination management company — a full-service event producer that lives and works year-round in the destination, with a standing network of venues, production crews, transfer companies and caterers. We don't find suppliers for your event. They're already ours.
That difference is invisible in the proposal stage. It shows up on day three of a six-day programme — in the speed of the recovery when something doesn't go to plan. The wind picks up at six, the stretch tent needs to come down, and we don't make a phone call. We're already moving the gear.
We work across five islands in two seas: Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza, Formentera, Malta. Each was chosen, not inherited. The Balearics give us the infrastructure for it — daily direct flights from every major European capital, venues from intimate fincas to thousand-delegate convention floors, six months of reliable weather. Malta adds English as the working language, Mediterranean climate from October through May, and a density of historic and modern venues that punches well above the island's size.
