    Mallorca's peak — June and September — is in demand months ahead. We know which venues book out first and lock in the dates you want early, instead of starting the search once the market is already tight.

    Mallorca has around 300 sunny days and only a handful of rainy ones. For every outdoor programme we plan a covered fallback from the outset — so the day depends on the programme, not the weather.

    Across 3,640 km² the sites sit close together: transfers, hotels, venues, activities and catering all run on the same operations shoulders, with short distances rather than long convoys. Instead of four external vendors who must coordinate among themselves, one interface on our side and one on yours.

    Six programme months, 300 sunny days — a reliable March-to-October season.

    While the Costa Brava cools in October and Sicily becomes unbearable in August, Mallorca runs March through October at a reliable 18 to 30 °C. Conferences in April, incentives in June, sales kickoffs in October — same weather window, same venue set, same Plan B.

We used LifeXperiences to plan our company offsite to Mallorca in September. The whole process from start to finish was super straight forward and Stephanie, Jago and the team couldn’t have been more helpful. It made the trip for us a lot simpler, as LifeXperiences did most of the organising and booking - including transfers, meals and activities, and their local knowledge meant they were able to give us lots of great options to suit our needs. We booked a meeting room with a delicious food package through them. The highlight of the trip was a catamaran trip with a BBQ onboard, and we finished on the last day with an iPad tour around Palma, followed by lunch. There was always someone to meet us at every location, including the airport, and communication was great throughout. We wouldn’t hesitate to use LifeXperiences again if we ever revisit Mallorca.
