On Formentera, team building needs no built obstacle course. The island itself is the terrain: a bike rally across flat ground from coast to coast, kayaking in the Caribbean-blue water of Ses Illetes, a sail to the Espalmador sandbar that you can walk across at low tide.
Ses Illetes is regularly rated among the ten most beautiful beaches in Europe — white sand, no sunloungers, no bar, just sea and the Posidonia meadows that make the water that clear. It isn't a backdrop you have to book; it's simply there.
Because distances are short and the climate stable, you can plan half a day active and half a day quiet with no bus transfers in between. It's all run by the Ibiza team, who have known the boat crews, guides and caterers personally for two decades.
