Formentera has no congress centre, no chain hotel with 500 beds, no event service handling 40 groups at once. For an executive retreat, that is precisely the advantage: one client, one group, one team. No room next to another corporate client, no competing event in the adjacent hall.
You work in fincas and boutique hotels — small houses where a leadership group keeps to itself. The isolation effect costs nothing extra here; it is the island's base structure. Arrive for two or three days and you get the quiet Ibiza doesn't have, with the same infrastructure behind you.
The programme is run from the Ibiza office. The 20-minute ferry is not an obstacle but standard procedure: caterers, transport and suppliers run through established networks we have maintained since 2005.
