Malta provides the setting for team building along with everything else. A sailing regatta in Valletta's Grand Harbour, framed by the Knights' fortifications. Cave snorkelling in the clear water off Comino. A treasure hunt through the medieval lanes of Mdina, the “silent city”. You don't need a built obstacle course when the place itself sets the task.
The archipelago is compact — 316 km² across Malta, Gozo and Comino — so an active morning and a quiet afternoon fit into the same day without long transfers. And because English is an official language on Malta, every boat skipper, guide and caterer speaks your group's language; briefings and safety instructions run with no translation layer.
The programme is run from the Palma office with a vetted local crew on the ground — the same briefing and Plan-B discipline we have applied for 20 years across the Balearics.
