Stéphanie Matysiak

Stéphanie is a fabulous multi-talent and the head of our MICE and Private Events department. Having lived in Mallorca and worked at the company for many years, she has the full overview when it comes to creating the most exclusive and spectacular events for our clients together with her team.

Thanks to her many years of experience in the tourism industry Stéphanie always pays attention to detail, without losing the overall picture. Therefore, beyond fulfilling the ideas and wishes of our customers she also guarantees that all events and activities run smoothly.

Besides being fluent in French, German, English and Spanish, she also speaks both Dutch and Italian, which is amazing and very useful with our international clientele.

Due to her exceptional talent for organization and languages she also runs our HR department and is responsible for screening, recruiting, and training employees, as well as implementing employee processes.
