Private Birthday Celebration

A landmark birthday milestone — and a very particular brief: the host wanted their closest friends and family to arrive individually, settle into a beautiful hotel, and then spend two unforgettable days together as a group. Nothing generic, nothing predictable. The weekend needed to feel like a private house party, with the quality of a luxury event and the warmth of a gathering among people who genuinely know each other.

LifeXperiences proposed a boutique five-star design hotel near Santa Ponça as the base — intimate enough to feel exclusive, with grounds that lent themselves to private group use. The programme anchored on two signature moments: a birthday dinner and party at a historic finca estate in the Tramuntana foothills, and a full-day catamaran excursion. Everything else was designed to allow the group to breathe, reconnect and enjoy the island on their own terms.
