A global technology company chose Ibiza for their largest-ever international incentive — a four-day celebration rewarding their top performers from across Europe, the Americas and Asia-Pacific. The brief called for something that matched the scale of the company's ambitions: a seamless, high-energy programme that would feel personal despite the size, and leave no participant in any doubt that they were experiencing the best the island had to offer.

LifeXperiences coordinated the end-to-end logistics across multiple accommodation properties, managing staggered arrivals over two days with dedicated airport teams at every gate. The programme was designed to alternate between large-group shared moments — fleet catamaran excursions, a landmark closing gala — and curated smaller-group activities allowing genuine connection across the island's most exclusive venues.
