LifeXperiences coordinated the end-to-end logistics across multiple accommodation properties, managing staggered arrivals over two days with dedicated airport teams at every gate. The programme was designed to alternate between large-group shared moments — fleet catamaran excursions, a landmark closing gala — and curated smaller-group activities allowing genuine connection across the island's most exclusive venues.
