A fast-scaling SaaS company used their annual company kick-off to align a newly expanded global workforce behind their strategy for the year ahead. Mallorca was chosen for its combination of inspiring natural settings, excellent five-star infrastructure and accessibility from multiple European hubs. The brief emphasised two objectives equally: meaningful team cohesion and genuinely memorable experiences — a kick-off that felt like a reward, not a meeting.

LifeXperiences built a three-day arc that moved from relaxed arrival and welcome to active teambuilding and a celebratory final evening. Each element was chosen to reflect the island at its most distinctive: a beach club arrival, a sustainable wine estate, a kinetic teambuilding challenge rooted in local craft traditions, and a private finca dinner under the stars.
