A leading European distribution group brought nearly 400 of their shareholders, management and supplier partners to Mallorca for their annual Gesellschafterversammlung — a formal shareholders' assembly combined with a full incentive programme. The challenge: deliver a professionally run conference with plenary sessions, a supplier speed-dating format and an award ceremony, while simultaneously giving participants an authentic Mallorcan leisure experience that reflected the company's commitment to its people.

LifeXperiences managed the entire programme from pre-arrival logistics through to final departure transfers. Eight separate flight arrivals were coordinated over a single morning, with live updates to the ground team ensuring every delegate was collected on time. The five-star resort provided multiple meeting rooms that could be activated in sequence, while the social programme made full use of Mallorca's most distinctive venues.
